Chef Luigi moved from his hometown in Sardinia 22 years ago to further his career as a chef. Having worked in the Dorchester Park Hotel and Bertorelli Restaurant to name a few, Luigi has pushed for nothing less than excellence and now brings his Italian flair to your table.
Luigi’s passion is Italian food, but he loves mixing Japanese and Peruvian flavours through his dishes, leaving your taste buds with an experience they’ll never forget.

The food was really top-drawer: all courses were delicious. If we’d had that food in a restaurant, we’d be wanting to go back there. All of our guests had a lovely evening and we were able to spend the time with them too. And at the end, the kitchen was left spotless. Fantastic!
