A love of food is in Chef Ian’s blood as his mother also worked as a chef, inspiring him from a young age to also take up the profession.
Since deciding to be a chef 14 years ago he has worked in a number of London’s top restaurants like Arbutus (1 Michelin Star) and The Sanderson to name a few. His work has taken him as far as Qatar where he worked as a personal chef for a Sheikh and his family for over two years.
