Chef Paul E (Sussex)

Paul started his cheffing career over 20 years ago, working in the Law Society, Inner Temple. After winning two Masterchef awards in the Kosher category, he moved on to work for Hilton across their London hotels.
After several years there developing his skills in a wide variety of cuisines, he became Head Chef at the prestigious Tradewinds Gentleman’s Club, St. Katherine.s Dock, before deciding to work freelance.
Paul loves teaching and giving live demonstrations. His warm and relaxed personality is always a hit with his audience! You may also recognise him from TV and in-store commercials for cooking equipment from JML!
