Tim began his cheffing career at the famous Le Pont de la Tour, before moving on to The Ivy where he progressed to Head Function Chef. After several years, he moved on to become Head Chef at private members clubs Annabel.s and The George Club.
He’s recently relocated to Canterbury and plans to open his own restaurant in 2011.
