Chef Ian (London / Essex / Hertfordshire)
Chef Ian has over 20 years of professional experience in a huge variety of Michelin starred and AA Rosette restaurants around London, including the OXO tower, Criterion and The Bleeding Heart, Farringdon.
He has a natural passion for food which led him to become a chef lecturer at Higher Education colleges, teaching children and adults how to appreciate food and make the best they possibly can out it!
